Add -ons to buy

    Hi,

    I have to buy add-ons for one of our customers, but I don’t know which ones I need.

    The functions to be implemented in the plugin are:
    1) to be able to enter user groups (e.g. dealer office, dealer service …)
    2) I need to set up a graphical interface with boxes, is this possible?
    3) users of the restricted area must have the possibility to open a ticket.

    Hi,

    1. You need the additional owner types add-on to create groups
    2. What do you mean? What do you call “boxes” ? Do you mean custom fields ? Metaboxes ? If yes, this is managed by the ACF Integration add-on, that allow you to add any field from ACF to private contents, profile and registration pages
    3. We don’t have a pure ticket system, but we have a conversations add-on and a projects add-on that could work in a similar way (except that you don’t fetch a mailbox to convert incoming mails to tickets). In that case, you’ll need the Front Office Publishing add-on to allow your users to post some new private contents

    Thank for the information.

    2) I am attaching the screen “box” to better understand what I mean.

    I need to make graphic changes to the reserved area and to the pages of the reserved area, what can I do?

    To do that, you can use our template system documentation which explain how you can edit parts of the area using HTML & CSS.

    Ok, thank you.

    And how can I change the language? From italian to english?
