    Hi,

I’m using the enhanced files plugin but the ‘download all attachments’ button doesn’t work. Only the first file is downloaded. After that the rest is not downloaded. Also PDF’s open in the same window.

    Hi,

There must be a javascript error. Have you had a look at the browser console?

Is there a way to get the ‘Download All Attachments’ to zip the files and send as 1 zip?

I’ve got the Front-Office and Enhanced Files add-ons currently.

    Thanks! Joel.

    Hi,

Is there a way to get the ‘Download All Attachments’ to zip the files and send as 1 zip?

No sorry, this feature is not available and not planned for now. This would require php-zip extension which is not installed on all servers by default. I guess you could implement it, but this would require some great development skills I guess.

    Regards.

Hi, I am also having the same issue. The “download all” button was working and suddenly stopped working. File downloads have also become very delayed when popping up. Since the slowing, that’s when the “download all” button seemed to stop working. I look forward to your response.

    Hi

Looks like you have Javascript errors. Please check your browser Javascript console.

If you do not see anything there, you will need to check if there are any conflicts with other plugins.

    Hi

This error comes from another plugin or from your theme.

You can disable other plugins to find out which one is causing this.

    Then try to fix it.

    Regards

    Hi Vincent

I found the problem… I deactivated WP “Customer Area – Notifications” plugin and the download all button started working again. Any assistance on how I can fix this plugin?

    Regards

    Dan

    Hi Vincent

I also found that the your notifications plugin is conflicting with “WP Mail SMTP”

    Hi,

Does the notifications plugin works as expected with all others plugins deactivated?

From the screenshot that you posted, it appears that there is an issue with something called wp-embed. Not sure if it comes from native wp-embed, or from a plugin, I’d need an access to your site to tell you more about that. You can post one in a private reply here if you want me to investigate.

Note that I’ve installed WP Mail SMTP from WPForms and I don’t have any issue.
I think that the issue comes from the JS error “wp-embed” that you posted. Can you hover the link with your mouse and check where this script is located? Is it a script from WordPress or from a plugin? Can you try to delete everything from your post description? I mean, delete any embed picture or media, save and try again?

    Regards.

Thank you for the report, I’ll try to reproduce the issue and will let you know. Can you just confirm that you are using WP Mail SMTP from WPForms? If not, can you send me the link for the plugin you use?

    Regards.

I’m also experiencing this problem as well as other ZIP/download problems. “Download all” does not throw an error but only downloads one file(not the first). it sends notification emails for all subsequent downloads but actually doesn’t download in browser.

Do you see the same behaviour on all browsers? Did you try one of the default WordPress themes? Did you check for a plugin conflict?

I have done all this. I mentioned the only plugin conflict within my previous replies to Thomas.
