    Hello,
    clicking on a file in the reserved area I am redirected to the page to download the file.
    The page has a sidebar (see Attachment).
    How do I get rid of it?

    Hi,

    This is coming from the fact that WP Customer Area uses the template single.php from your theme to render private contents, and page.php to render other pages (the sidebar actually comes from your single.php template).

    To change that behavior, you can copy the template themes/your-theme/page.php to themes/your-child-theme/cuar.php. So the private contents won’t use that single.php template anymore, but the cuar.php template instead. Feel free then to edit it to match your needs.
