All old files are working fine no issues but any new files wont create a folder

      Hi,

      Do we need to set up a user: provide some temporary admin credentials in a private reply so we can check this up?

      All old files are working fine no issues but any new files in not generate a folder in backend of the folders>storage.

      Hi,

      Even with ftp access we will not be able to troubleshoot this for you. I have already spent time to explain that to you via email, you will need to contact a WP developer in your area, or your server administrator, so that he/she can figure out what could be going wrong. You have moved your database from a server to another, and most probably in the process you have forgotten to migrate some paths in the options table.

      the option for Get from server FTP folder   was showing before but it’s still there when I select tfrom the drop down it only allows me to see

      Select one or more files from the FTP folder, they will either be moved or copied to the private folder.

      But it don’t show the box like it used to where I can select the files as shown below.

      My renewal is due.

      I would like to upload vbia ftp but it don’t show the box where I can select the files like before?

      Can you please provide some screenshots? Else, do not hesitate to provide some temporary admin credentials in a private reply.

      Also please make sure that the PHP Log file located on your server (or on your Host Control Panel) does not contain any error or warning regarding the folder creation.
