Master API Key not working

    Hello there,

    I had an active master API key set on one of my WP website,

    but it’s not working, this is the error:

    No API resources exist. Login to My Account to verify there are activations remaining, and the API Key and Product ID are correct.

    Anyone can check this out? Do I have to renew something?

    The API master key is still the same on my account.

    Hi,

    You can check the activated site(s) for your licenses on your account and eventually disable them in case you want to activate them somewhere else instead.

    Do not hesitate to tell if that dosen’t fix your issue.

      I have one site with activations 1 out of 1, and then I have a Master API key. What’s the difference? I used the master api key on another site but it doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I have one site with activations 1 out of 1

    It means that your license type allows you to only activate WPCA on one site. If you uninstalled it from another site, and want to activate it on a new one, you need to disable the license for the old site in My Account > API Keys.

    then I have a Master API key

    The Master API Key can be used for all the licenses attached to your account. This can be useful when you have a lot of add-ons and don’t want to copy/paste each one of them, one by one.

    Do not hesitate to tell us if it is still not working after you deleted the old site activation from your account.
