    Hi, I have WP CustomerArea installed with the following addons:

    Front-office publishing
    Additional owner types

    I do not have the Notifications Addon.

    Right now, every time we insert a file into our website, we get an email notification of new file inserted. Is there any way to turn this feature off so that we don’t get the email? Or do I need to get the Notifications addon for this?

    Can you explain the exact process you use to insert a file? Because I’ve tried this and I can’t actually reproduce this behavior.

    I can confirm that we do not sent any email when then notifications add-on is not installed

    Hi,

    This does not come from our plugin.
    Please deactivate all plugins except WP Customer Area, and try again. I bet this issue won’t happen with other plugins deactivated. If yes, reactivate them all one by one by testing again each time, and you’ll find the culprit plugin.
