Would it be possible to include, in the steps of creating a project, the upload of attachments to it?

Currently, there is a tab for the projects and another for the archives, where once the projects have been created, they can be attached. What I want is to do everything in the same process and that at the end of it, there is the project with its attached files.

On the other hand, I would like to add a field to the plugin options, to enter a default project manager, and in the case that none is selected during the process of creating them, be that.

Is it possible to do this, either with a plugin that modifies yours or with any of your add-ons? If so, could you tell me how?

I would be very grateful if you could help me with those two tasks.

Thank you very much and best regards.

This custom requirement is not simple, you should hire a WordPress developer to study it and help you. We should have all hooks required but I cannot be 100% sure without having a try at implementing that.

I hope you can understand this is outside the scope of our support forum.

Unfortunatly I do not have any free time to do that as a project work. I am sure that you will find a qualified WP developer to help you in your area though.

    Hi Vincent

Thank you very much for your answer.

I am a web developer and work with WordPress. The question is related to a project that I have been asked to do, but reviewing the documentation of the plugin, I have not seen anything that specifies that it can be done.

For that reason I have gone to the forum, looking for guidance. You tell me that this is not the place to ask that question. Could you tell me then where I could do it for help?

    Best regards.

This is the place to ask questions, but you will need to be more specific than just exposing the requirement. For such a project, there will be some research to do by diving in the source code.

One thing you will need is to read our template system documentation which will teach you how to change the plugin HTML output to insert your own tabs.

Then look inside the project plugin, which templates are there. And in the classes, how we declare which tabs to show. In that same add-on you will also see how we add the settings particular to the projects add-on.

That should give you a starting point.

Perfect, with that information I think I have to start. Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards.
