Can not view lost password page

I’m close to launch a website for a client but I’m not able to show the “customer-forgot-password” information.
When I try it I only can see this message: “You are not allowed to view this content.”

Also the same issue with the “customer-reset-password” form.
Hope you can give me a hand. I think it will probably be a “check” in the configuration, but there is no way to solve it.

I was just about to publish a post about this (i’m a plugin client). The latest version has created a regression: the forgotten password and reset password pages are no longer accessible. The plugin developers are making fixes but seems not really testing the entire process for regressions.

It’s a pitty that we, the users, have to explain the issues in plugin we paid for…
I hope the support department takes responsibility, because that’s why we pay a subscription.I do not agree at all with the way this company manages the plugin, unanswered posts and very high response times, very bad.

What is happening with WP Customer Area support???
It’s a disgrace that you treat your customers this way, since this is a paid plugin, not a free one…
