Participant# il y a 3 semaines et 5 joursHello,
We’ve purchased and activated WP Customer Area – Front-office Publishing. The plugin and add-on are both installed and active. We’ve followed the documentation, assigned the correct page under Private Files – New, and added the [cuar_submit_private_file] shortcode to that page. However, the shortcode is being displayed as plain text rather than rendering the file upload form.
We’ve confirmed:
The shortcode is in a proper Shortcode block
The page is correctly linked in Customer Area > Site Pages
Permissions are enabled under Capabilities (Subscriber role has “Create content from front office” and other related options checked)
No caching or security plugin is interfering
We tested with default WordPress themes and confirmed other shortcodes like
work as expected
Still, the [cuar_submit_private_file] does not render.
Can you please advise on what else might cause this shortcode to not execute properly?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Maître des clés# il y a 3 semaines et 2 joursHi,
Thanks for your message!
If the [cuar_submit_private_file] shortcode appears as plain text, it usually means WordPress doesn’t recognize it.
Please check the following:
– Make sure the “Front-office Publishing” add-on is installed and active.
– Use a standard WordPress page and the “Shortcode” block in the editor.
– Temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to rule out conflicts.Best regards,
