Downloading private files

    Dear,

    when I download private files, with all browsers (Chrome, Edge etc.), the download is stopped with the message “An error occurred. Network problem”. But if I push the play button, the download resumes and completes successfully.
    Could you help me?

    Hi,

    Can you open the console (CTRL + SHIFT + i, or F12), and check if you see any error there? If yes, deploy the error, take a screenshot, post it there, or feel free to post some temporary credentials (in a private reply) for a subscriber account that have access to file download and I’ll check it up.
