Maître des clés# il y a 4 moisHi Joren,
We noticed that the extension you purchased has not yet been installed on your WordPress site. To activate your license, you first need to download the .zip file of the add-on from your account on our website.
Once downloaded, please install it in your WordPress dashboard (Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin) and then activate it. After that, you will be able to enter your license key and complete the activation.
If you need any help with the installation steps, feel free to let us know — we’ll be glad to assist.
Best regards,

Participant# il y a 4 semaines et 1 jourHello,
I can’t update the plugin.
I downloaded, installed, and activated the free Elementor plugin, but it’s not working and keeps asking me to update it.I update it, and it says it’s up to date. But when I go to any other part of WordPress, it says it’s not active and it’s not working.
What’s the problem?
Thanks very much

Maître des clés# il y a 4 semaines et 1 jourHi Pedro,
Thanks for your message.
Could you please make sure WP Customer Area is updated and activated (v8.3.2), and then update Customer Area – Elementor Compatibility to v1.0.1?
We fixed a small version mismatch that could cause the add-on to get stuck in a “checking” loop. After updating, please clear any cache (if you use one) and deactivate/reactivate the compatibility add-on once.
Let me know if this solves the issue on your end.
Best regards,
Emmanuel
