We have some code snippets you could use to programmatically redirect your users from and to differrent location.

What’s you put inside those functions would depend on where you want your users being redirected.
Do you have a developer or any coding skills?
The more convenient way for you would be that you add a custom user field programatically, and fill for each user, the page ID linked for this user, and then programmatically retrieve that page ID in one of those code snippet.
