Licence key not working

    I see this error on Licence Keys page:

    Unknown error while activating the license

    Please help,

      Estoy con PHP 7.4, debo actualizar a 8?

    Hi,

    PHP 8.0 is not yet supported by WP.

    I am still personally using PHP 7.3 but I think that 7.4 should work.

    Also, please make sure that php-curl is enabled and working.

    Hi,

    We have finally found the error code which is: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

    This issue seems to be a worldwide Letsencrypt certificates problem.

    From this article, I can read :

    if clients of your API are using OpenSSL, they must use version 1.1.0 or later

    You are probably using a version of OpenSSL lower than 1.1.0, so it might be why it is failing.

    Really sorry for that troubles, it doesn’t come from us but from recent Letsencrypt changes.

    Could you try to update OpenSSL to 1.1.0 or later? You might ask your host provider for that.
