Multisite error

    My developer is trying to use this plug in and the attached shows up. My site is not a multisite. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Is this happening on every page ? Or only in the “My Files” page ?

    This is probably coming from an Nginx redirection rule using the files slug, conflicting with our my-files slug.

    So, two solutions :

    • Remove that nginx rule and reload your web server config
    • Or change the slug for the “My files” pages in Settings > WP Customer Area (for instance, try my-documents), then, rebuild the permalinks in Settings > Permalinks
