      Hi everyone

      Is it possible to show the files in certain categories also to the author of the file?

      If I create a file under a specific category from TIZIO1 and send it to TIZIO2, I see that the file can only be seen on TIZIO2’s page, while on TIZIO1’s page the file cannot be seen. ..

      How can I do this?

      Hello,

      I think that your issue is not specific to categories only.

      By default, WP Customer Area hide authored contents from listing pages (as well as categories’ pages).

      You need to uncheck the relevant option to allow authors to see their own contents, else, only assignees can see them.

      Hi,

      You’re not looking at the correct setting page.

      Take a look at Settings > WP Customer Area > Private Files. Uncheck box “hide authored contents…”.
