insert a request for documentation into this via a form.
Our plugin does not provide this kind of feature. This would require extra development.
However, note that, by using the Additional Owner Types add-ons, you can assign Private Pages to roles, or even to “any registered user”. It means that you can assign your documentation to all users on your site, so, as soon as they are granted an access to your private area, they’ll get instant access to your docs.
The office, having received the request, processes it and produces the requested documents in PDF format, placing them in the user’s private area and notifying them via email.
You can actually do that with the free version. I would recommend that your first test this part, then check how you could handle the custom form part. Notifications are handle by our Notifications add-on.
The user connects to their private area and downloads the documents.
This can also be done using the free version. However, The Office will assign the user a “private file post”. In order to be able to attach multiple documents to this private file post, you’ll need then Enhanced Files add-on.
