The Notifications plug-in is the one that may suits your needs best : https://wp-customerarea.com/product/wpca-notifications/
However, the plug-in does not support email notifications for expired content yet. For now, you ‘ll need to resend your file to your customer.We remain at your disposal.

1) We process the refund of the order you made with the wrong email address carlottaguatteri@hotmail.it
2) We then delete this unused account
3) Finally, you choose the add-ons you need and resubscribe with your email address carlottaguatteri@gmail.com
Your new licence key will be associated to the gmail address.Tell me if this solution suits you, if so we’ll refund you right away.
