    Yes, that was the problem.. but it wasn’t just that string.. it was multiple strings with the format error.

    I use a plugin called: Loco Traslate – I use it for translations.. and certainly when updating your plugins something new was triggered and I actually found various strings with errors in the format.

    In fact, 7 strings were compromised with the wrong placeholder value.

    Now I have solved everything and surely next time I will know what it could be.

    Sorry if I write to you intermittently.. 🙂

    In the meantime I’m doing all the necessary tests to help you too understand where the bug is.

    At that time..
    I found the problem..

    This only occurs if Shared Files pages are selected for Specific Categories.

    If I remove the Category everything seems to return to normal. Only when you select the File Category does the error and the bug appear.

    I hope I helped you as best as I could..
    Consider that I absolutely need the Categories functionality, I can’t do without it.

    I wanted to give you updates on this…

    Unfortunately it still doesn’t work… I re-followed the guide step by step for updating the additional plugins.

    Unfortunately the problem seems to come from the main plugin.

    Ok Thanks for the information about the credentials, I changed the password. (obviously if you need to log in as administrator let me know)

    I confirm that the Custom Area version is the latest released 8.2.0

    I also confirm that all the other plugins are all updated and I have carried out the update procedure as per the instructions.

    I attach the screen of the installed versions.

    I also attach the error log taken from the Hosting under the heading PHP, in .txt format

    Please let me know as soon as possible.. unfortunately I have an urgent need to resolve as my clients are waiting for us to resolve this bug.

    Ok I solved it by modifying the key indicated in the Database guide.

    But this thing absolutely must be included in the next updates, because it is very important to correct an incorrect numbering. You should give the opportunity to do it autonomously from Backend or from Frontend
