    Hello. I’m so sorry, I have sorted it by resetting it. However, can you please advise me how to secure my files?

    I have this warning

    That directory seems to be accessible from the web. This is not safe. The most secure would be to move it outside of the web folder of your server.

    I don’t know how to do this

    This might help. This happens when I try to download private files from user area. I think I can spot the mistake, however, I can’t get into the tab to fix it.
