We’re having the same problem.
The Authentication Forms add-on isn’t compatible with PHP 8.4, and I had to disable it.
This is causing problems with login and in-app chats.
At the same time, the Notifications add-on is also causing problems, prompting us to update to 7.1.1.
We’ll soon have to pay the fee for 4 add-ons. If you don’t fix this, we’ll stop paying and look for another solution.
