    Sorry Emmanuel, maybe we don’t understand each other, I developed my site using the plugin:
    WP Customer Area – Enhanced Files

    which involves the management of ==> Supercharge private files: custom captions, attach multiple files to a single post, etc.

    my annual license had expired, and I renewed it on May 6th.

    The question is why do you give me this other WP Customer Area – Additional Owner Types plugin when I renew?

    I need file management.

    Is this an upgrade?

    does the plugin have the same behavior?

    It’s true that the April one failed but the May 6th one was successful.

    Why didn’t you update the situation correctly?

    same problem, I can’t activate the license.

    The message is:

    No API Resources exist. Login to My Account to verify there are activations remaining, and the API Key and Product ID are correct.

    What should I do?
