Hi i have requested a refund back on 17 August and i havent received any refunds. I have requested a refund on 17 August and the refund hasn’t been actioned until today. Can you please follow up and let me know ? I check on the portal and it shows that it is pending cancellation since the cancellation was requested. I sent 2 emails to support@wp-customerarea.com and support@wp-customerarea.com
