Increase Max File Upload Size

      Hello,

I need help to be able to upload files in excess of 240MB.  I’ve installed the Big File plugin and set it to 1000MB.  My hosting provider updated our server to accept file sizes as large as 1024MB.  While  WordPress indicates it will accept file sizes up to 1000MB (viewed in both the Add Media and Site Health areas), WP Customer Area is not accepting files larger than 240MB.  Any assistance is appreciated.

      Thank you!

      All the Best,
      Nathan

      Hello,

How are you trying to upload the files? From the backend or from the frontend (by using the front office publishing add-on?).

The Copy from FTP method might probably suits your needs in your case.

Copy from FTP folder (advanced mode): to do this, we need to use an FTP client (e.g. Filezilla) to drop files into a directory defined in the WP Customer Area settings. Note that this method is particularly useful for large files and is better suited for advanced users

      Regards.
