These terms and conditions are concluded by the SARL FOOBAR STUDIO company whose registered office is located at 8 impasse Réginald 64200 Biarritz, France, hereinafter named « the seller » and by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase on the website of « WP Customer Area » hereinafter named « the buyer ».
These terms and conditions define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site WP Customer Area by the buyer, being either a professional or a consumer.
The purchase of a good or service through this website implies acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the purchaser.
Characteristics of goods and services
The products and services are those presented on the https://wp-customerarea.com website. Each product is presented by a detailed description.
The prices listed on the website are expressed in euros and excluding all taxes. Taxes will be applied according to your billing address.
The seller reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent. However, only the price listed in the catalog on the day of purchase shall be applicable to the buyer.
Plugins sold and distributed by the seller are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, WP Customer Area and add-ons are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using WP Customer Area. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
- Fill in the form of identification with all the requested data or giving customer number if any ;
- Complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services ;
- Validate the order after reviewing it ;
- Make payment as indicated.
The payment of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, the recognition to have perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
The provided data and the confirmed order receipt constitute the proof of the transaction. Confirmation of the order implies that you accept all transactions that are performed.
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your add-on downloads. You can download the add-on by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the add-on and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to request your purchase information.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
The seller sells and distributes WP Customer Area and other plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for plugins sold and distributed by the seller is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase based on the license you have purchased. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support will be provided for as long as the subscription remains active.
Support and updates for WP Customer Area are provided as long as WP Customer Area is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, the seller will no longer be responsible for providing support for WP Customer Area:
- WP Customer Area is no longer actively developed as a viable product under the seller.
- WP Customer Area or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
- WordPress is no longer actively developed.
Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available for WP Customer Area and all other installed WP Customer Area add-ons. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
Products may be used on a limited number of websites (domain names) depending on the license that has been bought:
- Personal license – a single website
- Professional license – up to five websites
- Developer license – an unlimited number of websites
Terms of Payment
Payment is due with order.
Payments will be made through the secure system provided by Paypal or Stripe which use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on network.
The buyer’s account will be charged upon shipment of products or services available and only the amount of goods or services delivered or downloaded.
All elements of the WP Customer Area website as well as WP Customer Area plugins are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SARL FOOBAR STUDIO. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
All content found on this site and throughout the plugin including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is property of the seller and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.
According to the law relating to data, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the information containing names of buyers may be subject to automated processing.
The seller reserves the right to collect information on purchasers including by using cookies, and, if desired, to transmit to business partners collected information.
Buyers may object to the disclosure of their details by notifying the seller. Similarly, users have the right to access and correct data concerning them, according to the law of January 6, 1978.
The seller may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to WP Customer Area updates, promotions, WP Customer Area add-ons and the like.
We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Archives – proofs
The seller archives purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The records of the seller will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
These conditions of online sales are subject to French law.
