License activation error – Managed Groups (Professional FR)

      Hello,

      I purchased the Managed Groups add-on (Professional – FR, Product ID 641).
      The plugin is installed and activated, but license activation fails with the error:
      “Unknown error while activating the license”.

      The website is protected by Wordfence and LiteSpeed Cache, which may block outgoing requests.
      Could you please activate the license manually on your side or advise?

      Thank you for your message and for the detailed information.

      We have identified the cause of the license activation issue you are encountering (“Unknown error while activating the license”). This problem is not related to your setup, and is not caused by Wordfence, LiteSpeed Cache, or outgoing request blocking on your side.

      The issue is related to a security layer recently deployed on our side, which affected license activation requests. Our team is actively working on a fix, and a patch will be released shortly.

      There is no need to manually activate the license at this stage. Once the fix is deployed, license activation should work normally from your WordPress dashboard. I will keep you informed as soon as the patch is available.

      Please note that your purchase and subscription remain fully valid.
