He, as you advised I have opened a tread here to report my issue.

When a person tries to make a payment from the checkout page, the credit card fields do not appear.

While if I deactivate WP Customer Area and try to make the payment, the payment fields appear.

You suggested to rename my-account slug page from WP Customer Area. I tried for 30 min, but honestly I still don’t understand how to do it 🙂

If you please take a look at me, I’d be grateful. I give you the credentials

Also, this is how you change a page slug:

      – Open the My Account page
      – Change the permalink
      – Click publish or update button
      – Then refresh your site permalinks: go to Settings -> Permalinks -> click save

Changing URL slug in WordPress Gutenberg editor

      Regards.

      Hi,

I took a look and I found out that everything works fine if I disable Elementor. It means it is not an issue between WP Customer Area and Woo Commerce, but between WP Customer Area and Elementor.

If Elementor and WP Customer Area are enabled together, it looks like that the page stop loading for some reason and a lot of assets from your site aren’t even loaded and I don’t know why. You should probably also open a thread on Elementor because I don’t see any reason why our plugin could prevent all that assets to be loaded like that.

Please, update your plugins, and let me know if it fixes your issues.

      Regards.

The strange thing is that we have a lot of clients using Elementor and WP Customer Area together without issues…

Not sure where that comes from. Start updating Elementor and we’ll see then.

      Regards.

I think the issues might also come from The Essential Elementor add-ons, as they mark it to be incompatible on your status page.

      Elementor – Compatibility Tag
      Elementor Pro Compatible
      Essential Addons for Elementor Incompatible

      Hi,
I have been trying to contact Elementor via chat and email for 5 days (I have the Pro) and they tell me that they will arrive soon…

This morning I stopped waiting and tried to delete and re-install the site from scratch.

Now I don’t see anything on the check out page anymore.. how the hell could I do? I’m going crazy, I didn’t want to bother you these days, but now I just don’t know how to fix it..

When I re-installed your plugin this moorning, the check out page worked, but after i added the My Account page, and Pages (your), the check out page has stopped working.

I change the slug deleting My, but nothing to do..

How does WP Customer Area work for other users ???

Why for me do not works?

If it can be useful, when I first installed the site I had mistakenly entered the WC Customer Area page as the main domain in general settings, and the site went KO.

I contacted Siteground chat telling them what I had done, and after 10 minutes they put it back online.

Then I remember that some pages were not seen, so they told me to save  AS IS permalinks, and so I did.

The site started working fine, but then I discovered this conflict with the check out.I don’t understand if it’s my fault, elementor’s fault or your fault 🙂

      Let me know, thanks!

Okkkkkk I finally managed to solve: the WP Customer Area checkout page slug was the same as that of Woocommerce.

I then renamed it to checkout + page.

We see that reinstalling the site is WP C A went ok!

      Hi,

“Okkkkkk I finally managed to solve: the WP Customer Area checkout page slug was the same as that of Woocommerce.”

I’m glad you managed to fix it!

That’s probably a new issue from the new WooCommerce payment gateways plugin.
Thanks for the report, I’ll try to add a FAQ about this on our site ASAP.

      Best regards.
