Subscription not accepted in Wordpress

      My subscription appears like not processed or not activated

      Otherwise my subscription is working well.

      Hi,

      You need to activate licenses in Settings > WP Customer Area > Licenses.

      If activation is not working, please check your cURL and openSSL version. This can be found in your phpinfo().  You need at least openSSL 1.1.x.

      Thanks for your quick reply,

       

      When I try to activate again my licenses, it stays veryfing the licenses but doesn’t works properly.

       

      Can be php the problem?

      Hi,

      We’ll really need that 😉 If you don’t know how to do that, or don’t want to, no problem, We’ll release a new version soon that will include a check for your curl version. In that case, you’ll be notified that you need to contact your host provider to update openSSL, in order to let the license activation system to work.

      Not our fault sorry, this is due to a recent expiration of some worldwide root certificates from Let’s Encrypt.
