Are you using the Divi Theme Builder to build your design? (I mean the Theme Builder, not the Page builder).
If yes, could you please send tell me which Divi theme version and Theme Builder version you are using so I can make sure it will be compatible?
Feel free to buy the two add-ons you need, and I personally engage myself to refund you, if needed.
I’m afraid it would not work with 7.10.6 version of the plugin (which I’m using due to Divi no-compatibility with newer version of your plugin)
I think that I already know why it doesn’t work, and if I remember correctly, I already fixed that last month for the next release, but I haven’t been able to publish it yet.
However, yes, it is really recommended to use the last main plugin version when using add-on. It can lead to unexpected behaviors.
