If you mean, “let an user create an user account from the frontend”: absolutely not. And this is not something we’ll implement.
WP Customer Area uses the WP user’s system. Users should be created from the tools given by WP in WP-admin > Users. We’re not maintaining that part.
You’ll probably find third-party plugins handling that feature, not sure, but we’ll not implement that for many reasons.

However, maybe you’re just referring to “let an user create an account on your site by himself”. For that, yes, you can use our authentication forms add-on, and any user will be able to create an account.
