Assign Files or Pages in Bulk to Users by File/Page Category or User Role

      Hi,

      is it possible to assign Files or Pages in Bulk to Users by File/Page Category or User Role?

      Our client would like to upload documents or videos to the private area and make them accesible to all registered users.

      Is this possible?

      Hi,

      Yes, you could use the FTP Mass Import add-on. You’ll basically upload all your documents to your FTP, then from wp-admin > Private Area > FTP import, you’ll be able to select those files, set a category, assign owners as usual.

      If you own the Enhanced Files add-on, you can also bulk-import all the files into one single private post. However, if you need that feature, there’s a little bug fix required, that will be available in the next release (coming in the next few days).
