    Hi,

    My customers are unable to change their account details and password from the wpcuar menu. “Edit account details”  is enable in the plugin’s setting capabilities menu. However when a customer opens that menu page, edit his account details and presses the “Submit” button, no changes are applied.

    Hi,

    when a customer opens that menu page, edit his account details and presses the “Submit” button, no changes are applied.

    1. Do you see any warning in Private Area > Status? For instance, a missing page could lead to that behavior.
    2. Can you please check for a plugin conflict and see if the issue still occurs?
