note in automatic mail “notifications”

    Hello, I have bought several plugin addons, including “notifications” but I need that when a user uploads a file, they can put a note for the mail that is sent to the group of users.

    For example, I upload a .pdf and add the note: it’s a new rate.

    Can I do this with an addon?
