Plugin not updated

      Hi.
      I went to WordPress plugin directory to install WP Customer Area but the plugin has not been updated since 9 months ago. Is it gonna be updated in the near future?

      Hi,

      Yes it will. WPCA is still maintained. An update will be released in November.

      Excuse me, will the update solve the problem about new users?

      I have users that have been set up before activating the plugin (from User standard section on WordPress)

      But now I need to create new ones (as the previous ones are only admins and test users). When I try to login with these new users, the plugin redirects to homepage and doesn’t make it possible to access the backend.

      Is there any solution?

        Hi,

        When I try to login with these new users, the plugin redirects to homepage and doesn’t make it possible to access the backend.

        It looks like you have a redirection conflict (Two plugins, OR, your theme + our plugin, are trying to redirect the login page, and might create a redirection loop).

        Please, check for the following tests:

        • Make sure WP and WP Customer Area are up to date
        • Make sure you don’t see any warning in Admin > Private Area > Status (like missing pages for instance)
        • Check for a plugin conflict
        • Check for a theme conflict (temporarily disable theme and see if the issue persists)

        No worries, you’re not the first one not seing that form 🙂 You can go to our Main plugin support page, and simply scroll down to the bottom, and you’ll see a form allowing you to create a new topic 🙂 (Please create your own, in order to not spam the author of this post with unrelated notifications, thx)
