Hi,
I tried to move folders /customer-area/as recomended, w/o any change
Does WP Customer Area properly detects your changes? You can verify that in Settings > WP Customer Area > Private Files.
when saved after uploding, there is no attachement
- Are you trying to do this from the frontend (using the Front Office Publishing add-on), or from the backend?
- Do you see any JS error in the console ?
- Please check for a plugin conflict and then try again to see if it fixes your issue.
Regards.

A)

B)
1/From backend, eighter common way or ftp. One thing; when I “uncheck” copy file, dont delete, the file is deleted. So maybe there could be somehing with permisions when uploading?
2/I dont know where to check
3/ Not tried yet,
The plugin is good, may be exact what I need, so I am villing pay for making to work …

Hi,
Our plugin is actually not compatible with Multilang plugins.
You should check in their documentation a way to disable that plugin for our Custom Post Types and WP Customer Area should run smoothly 🙂
