    Good evening, since it was not possible to cancel the purchase order, I wanted to know if at least it was possible to replace 1 or more products that are not useful, with others that could be useful, one of the same total amount even if it costs less in proportion to those purchased or two of the same amount.     Hi, I just wanted to know if I get a refund, since after 3 hours I've already 
checked your plugins, otherwise I'll make my assessments for my customers' 
next purchases and I'll contact other companies, which probably aren't interested 
in a one-time purchase, but to an ongoing collaboration. Thank you
