    Hi Thomas,

    I believe the video the I sent showed exactly what I mean, when I say back end, I mean WP-admin as shown in the video. Just to be clear, I am trying to view conversations and as you can see they all list fine but you can not view them. I am logged in a administrator. Pages andFiles work fine, it’s just the Conversations that does not.

    Hi,

    I have tried what you suggested and it did not make a difference, still can’t view conversations as administrator. I should also note that if I give Editor, Author or Contributor permission to access conversations, it also does not work. I have also enabled the WordPress debug log and there are no errors. We do not have any other role manager plugins, we do have WooCommerce on this site, but I also deactivated this plugin and it did not work.
