I have cancelled your subscription to Enhanced Files Pro. You should not get charged next year.
You will need to purchase a personal license on next renewal (April 27th, 2023) to get your personal license. (we cannot easily convert a pro license into a personal license, sorry).

Your bank has rejected the payment intent initiated by Stripe. You should contact your bank to see why they keep rejecting it. You may also try with another credit card.

Please update the plugin to the latest version as well as the add-ons too.

Currently this is not planned. Files are sorted programmatically, we have no option to get a user sort.
