You can restrict files and pages to specific user roles (like Companies or Workers) if you use the “Private Files” or “Private Pages” add-ons.
Here’s how it works:
1) Set up roles and permissions
– Go to WP Admin > WP Customer Area > Capabilities.
– Assign permissions (like “Access Private Files”) to your Companies and Workers roles.
2) Share content with roles
– When editing a private file or private page, you can choose which roles can access it.
– The plugin will then only show that content to users with the selected roles.
3) Important note
– This feature requires the Private Files or Private Pages add-on to be installed and activated.
– If you don’t see the option to share with roles, make sure these add-ons are active.
