Activation plugin

      Hello, I have purchased 2 licenses (Search and Additional owner types) and I have tried to validate the license in an old version of the plugins (WP Customer Area 7.9.2, Additional owner types 5.2.0, Search 3.2.0) but it gives me an error.

      Do I have to update WP Customer Area in the first place?

      Hi,

      Thank you for your message.

      Yes — the license validation cannot work with those older versions.
      Our current licensing system requires the latest versions of WP Customer Area and its add-ons.

      Please update WP Customer Area and both add-ons to the most recent releases, then try activating your licenses again. It should work without any issue.
