Member# 3 weeks, 4 days agoHi there,
I’m getting a license error and when I try to re-activate the licenses I get this error: “<span class=”cuar-ajax-container cuar-js-result”><span id=”licensing_customer_area_login_form_api_key_check_result” class=”cuar-ajax-failure”>Cannot activate API Key. No API resources available.</span></span>”
What is the problem here?

Keymaster# 2 weeks, 1 day agoHi Jasper,
First of all, sorry for the delayed response and the inconvenience this may have caused.
Thanks for reaching out regarding the license activation issue. I can see that your license is active on our side, which is good news. Would you mind telling me if you still confronted to this issue ?
If so, to help you quickly, could you please send me the following:
– The exact API key you’re trying to activate (you can obfuscate part of it).
– Are you trying to install “Authentication Forms” ?
– A quick screenshot of the license activation screen (where the error appears).
– The domain or site URL where you’re trying to activate the license.Once I have that, Iโll be able to check if the plugin is correctly linked to your license and help resolve this.
Thanks again for your patience โ weโll make sure to sort this out for you.
Best regards,
Emmanuelโ

Keymaster# 2 weeks, 1 day agoThanks for the screenshot โ it helps a lot.
Everything seems correctly set up on your site, but we believe the issue comes from the license not having any resource instance attached yet. This can happen if the plugin ZIP files havenโt been downloaded yet from your account.
To resolve this, could you please:
-
Log into your account on our website
-
Download each of the following plugin files manually:
– WP Customer Area โ Authentication Forms
– WP Customer Area โ Managed Groups
– WP Customer Area โ Notifications
After that, return to the License Keys tab in your WordPress admin and try activating the keys again.
Let us know how it goes โ this should solve it!

Member# 2 weeks, 1 day agoI’ve downloaded the zip files from My Acoount before, and I’ve just done so again.
Still, nothing changes. I still get the error notice. -

Member# 2 weeks, 1 day agoSo now I disconnected all the API keys and then re-activated all the license keys. This seemed to work!
One thing is still giving a notification: The system indicates there is a newer version of the Notifications plugin, 7.1.1, but this version is not available in my account yet.

Keymaster# 2 weeks, 1 day agoGreat news โ weโre glad to hear the reactivation worked!
Regarding the message about version 7.1.1 of the Notifications plugin: you can safely ignore it for now. Itโs simply a versioning delay on our end, and it will be corrected in the next release cycle.
It wonโt affect the functionality or usage of the extension in any way.
Thanks again for your patience, feedback and trust !
Best regards,
โ
