Can’t see privat file on frontend

    Hi,

    I created a private content and attached a PDF file.

    However, in the frontend I only see the title and description – there is no attachment file.

     

    I already deactivated all plugins, but that didn’t help. I can’t see the attached file.

    Hi Magda,

     

    If you can only see the description block for private files, or even for tasklists, it’s probably because you need to check the checkbox in Settings
-> WP Customer Area -> {content type} -> Frontend Integration
-> Show after post - Show additional information before and after the
post in the single post view (where {content type} can be private files, private pages, conversations, etc.)

    Hi,

    I checked the checkbox but still can’t see the file on the frontend.

    Sorry, I already switched to another plugin.
