    is compatible with the plugin Custom Post Types? 
    

    I need to create a user directory with custom fields in addition to the control panel

    Hi,

    If you want to make a custom post type private, you’ll need the protect post types add-on.  You’ll just need to select the post type you want to make private in WPCA settings, then, our assignments boxes will appear on your post type.

    If you want to easily be able to add custom fields to your protected post types, you can do that with ACF and our ACF integration add-on. Fields will then appear on the frontend and will be editable as well from there if you own the front-office publishing add-on.
