Doesen’t work well

      Hi,

      I installed the plugin following the instructions. I created client, file page and uploaded a file (everything is fine), but in Front End something is not working. Once logged in, from the Bulletin Board I can only click on the file you see (recent files> Circular test1), if I wanted to move with the menu you see above I can’t, if I click nothing happens.

      Actually I won’t need the whole menu, just the FILE part, but I’d like the plugin to work properly.

      Can you help me?

      Hi,

      If the dropdown sub-items are not showing up when you click on the menu items, it probably means that you need to fix a bootstrap conflict. This documentation should guide you through the process but do not hesitate if you need more assitance.

      Also, if you need to edit the menu:

      • If you don’t want to use the “pages” part, it is recommend that you completely disable this feature in Settings > WP Customer Area > Privates Pages > Disable privates pages add-on
      • If you want to edit the menu, it is recommend that you duplicate our “WP Customer Area” menu in Appearrance > Menus, and then make your edits into it. Duplicating is recommended when editing the menu because our menu is auto-synced and refreshed when you install some of our add-ons that require new pages to be created.
