Email used when bought pluggin nor accepted

      Hi, I am trying to enter admin area to renew plugin or something, and the email I used does not exists. I need to entre because os this today:

      The WP Customer Area add-on « Additional owner types » is outdated and not compatible with WP Customer Area 8 or greater. You must either downgrade to WP Customer Area 7.10.6 or update your addons to the latest version.

      If you plan to update, in order to be able to download the latest addons, please contact the WP Customer Area support team via support@wp-customerarea.com providing the following information:

      The email linked to your customer account
      The date of purchase
      The payment method used (Paypal or Credit card via Stripe)

      The link to downgrade is not working, but I can´t renew license also, what can I do?

      Btw, not the email used to log in here for this post, other email… (as I said, system says that email does no exists)

      If you’re unable to recover the email linked to your original account, the quickest solution would be to:

      – Create a new account on our website using your current email address
      – Then purchase the required add-ons again, making sure they’re compatible with WP Customer Area 8+

      This way, you’ll have immediate access to the latest versions and full compatibility with your current setup.

      If you prefer to try recovering your original account instead, please send us:

      – Any email address you might have used for the purchase
      – Approximate date of purchase
      – A receipt or transaction ID if available
