Embed Video in Private Pages

      Hi,

      I need to embed some viedo content in some Private Pages to be shown to specific customer groups, but the player is not rendered correctly in th frontend (see attached scressnshot).

      This only happens inside wp customer area dashboard, the video player shows correctly in all other wwbsite pages.

      Hi,

      Are you trying to Embed external videos? If yes, I recommend using the WP embed shortcode.

      No, I’m trying to show a video that is uploaded to the same server of the website.

      I’ve tried both the “video” and the “embed” shortcodes but the video player doesn’t work correctly (shows as in prevoiusly attached picture) in either case.

      As previously said this just happens inside WPCA (in both Private Files descriptions and Private Pages content). On thw other site pages internal videos work fine.

      in the meantime I managed to do it by myself digging into the code snippet docs.

      Everything seems to work fine after the reset.
