Error communicating with the VAT validation server

    It’s impossible to check out, because of an error with the VAT validating server.

    Hi,

    What do you mean by “an error with the VAT validating server.” ?

    Do you actually get an error? Which one? Our server does not actually handle the VAT validation part. It’s done externally by our bank system.

    Could you please first check that your VAT number actually works on some others validation sites?
