      Good afternoon!

      We are interested in using this plugin but we don’t know if we can get all these features we want and with which addons we could get it:

      • Calendar with sessions and events: an informative calendar of sessions and events.
      • Legal documentation: a section where different documents can be uploaded and users can download them.
      • Risk placement: it would consist of a section where a catalog of companies would be displayed, where you can see their logos and contact information for each company.
      • Agreements and their conditions for the current year: this section would also be a section where users can upload documents and view and download them.
      • Subsidies: this section can also be used to upload documents and users can view and download them.
      • Payment certificates: section where payment certificates can be uploaded and users can download them.
      • Chat: it would be in two ways, on the one hand it works as a forum where everyone can talk to everyone, but we must also have the ability to create groups for the various existing delegations.

      I guess for the sections it would be to create different pages but for the chat, can we get it?

      And as for the calendar, would it be another page?

      Hello,

      Sorry for the delay.

      Calendar with sessions and events: an informative calendar of sessions and events.

      WP Customer Area does not provide any feature regarding events or calendars, sorry.

      Legal documentation: a section where different documents can be uploaded and users can download them.

      This feature is actually provided within the free base plugin. Even if our addons can extend some functionnalities, we recommend you to first try the free base plugin, check how the private files area work, check our getting started tutorial, our documentations, see if it integrate smoothly with your site, and then check our addons to see what can be extended.

      Risk placement: it would consist of a section where a catalog of companies would be displayed, where you can see their logos and contact information for each company.

      We do not have any out of the box solution for this, sorry. You would need to develop that yourself.
      But, alternatively, you would use WPCA privates pages, create a “companies” category, create a private page for each company, add their info / logo into it, and assign the pages to the users who should have access to.

      Agreements and their conditions for the current year: this section would also be a section where users can upload documents and view and download them.

      The only section where users can upload documents is the Private Files area. They would be able to upload documents by themselves, if you own the Front Office Publishing add-on. You could create an “Agreements and conditions” category, and upload those kind of files there.

      Subsidies: this section can also be used to upload documents and users can view and download them.

      Same as above, you could create a “Subsidies” category and upload those kind of files there.

      Payment certificates: section where payment certificates can be uploaded and users can download them.

      Same as above, you could create a “Payment certificates” category and upload those kind of files there.

      Chat: it would be in two ways, on the one hand it works as a forum where everyone can talk to everyone, but we must also have the ability to create groups for the various existing delegations.

      There is a Conversations add-on, but this is not a chat. The Conversations add-on allows you to create new private posts, which will create a conversation between the users, or the users from the group(s), assigned to that post. Those users will be able to talk to each others, but you should see this feature as a private commenting system, between some selected users. This is not a real-time live chat.
      You can also use the Additional Owner Types add-on, and be allowed to assign the page to any registered user from the site, so you’ll actually create a conversations between all your users.
