Participant# 1 week, 4 days agoHi there!
I’ve been bying the front office publishing for my project as I don’t want my users to upload there files through the WP dashboard.
My problem is that everytime I try to add a private file, I can fill the Details and Owner screens but when clicking on the [add attachment] button, it just reload the page and nothing happens.
It’s working find when editing files though. There, I can manage the attachements from the front office.
I’ve tried the bootstrap dequeue scripts tip, switching with a twenty-twenty-x theme, deactivating all plugins, changing my php version and extending the upload and buffering limits etc. but nothing seems to work.
Could you help me with this issue please ? Cause otherwise the addon is useless and I’ll have to drop WPCustomerArea for another solution (would be a shame as I’ve already purchased two addons…)
Thanks !

Keymaster# 1 week, 2 days agoHi Claire,
The occuring error might be provoked by the theme you are using.
Would you mind telling me what is the theme you are currently using ?
Have you tried using the twenty twelve theme ?Best regards,

Participant# 1 week agoI’m using a vw theme (feminine pro) but I’ve tried witching to twenty twenty five and twenty twelve but none of them worked…
So far, I’ve tried :
- switching to 2025 and 2012 themes
- deactivating all my plugins
- the bootstrap fix
- changing the security headers
- changing the php version
- extending php limits
Nothing worked ! I’m afraid I’ll have to ask for a refund and try another plugin… I’ve already lost too many time on this issue.

Participant# 3 days, 12 hours agoHi,
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have WP Customer Area working properly even after trying many options to fix it (as exposed previously).
As my users are not able to publish/share their files from the front end, which is the main part of my project, I can’t see the point in using WP Customer Area.
Thus, I’ve deactivated my API keys and would like to kindly ask you for a refund, as proposed in your refund policy.
Kind regards,
