How to assign a new user to a group

    Hello

    Would like to know how to add a new user to a group, as far as i know it will only allow to add the user to the group in the edit profile or the edit group page.

    It makes sense to be able to add a new user directly when you are creating it instead of create a user and then edit its profile to assign him to a group

    Hello,

    An user can currently only be added to a group by editing the group page itself, and then adding this user to the list.

    We do not plan to update this for now since we have some other tasks to prioritize on our roadmap. You could however, hire a developer from your region to do that for you, it would be doable by creating a custom plugin to edit the default WordPress profile pages and user s’creation forms.

    You could also create a Feature Request and explain your needs there. This would help others users to confirm they’re also interested by this feature, and help us to take it into account for one of the next releases.
