Is possible to do this simple Custom Area?

    Dear support
    This is a pre-sale question.

    We have a client who is a small assurance agency and they want a simple system where their clients can log-in using their car license plate plus a password in order to see the status of their assurances. Besides, they want that every time there is a change of status on one these assurances, clients receive a notification by email. Lastly, they want to the possibility that clients can be download some documentation related to these assurances.

    Do you know if with your plugin and extensions we can offer something similar to our client?
    He already has a WordPress site.

    Hi,

    You should be able to do most of that with some addons (notifications, additional owner types). However you may need some custom development for a few things.

    We use the core WordPress user system, and the base plugin is free. You should give it a try and see what is missing.

    Depending on how you do that, you may require custom development.

    Notifications are sent when new content is published, not when content is updated.
